Thursday night is the last day i stay in penang mah,so i decided to take a burger as dinner ( what to do here the best thing is burger o.o )
Then i just bought and ate lah,when i walked back to home..my phone suddenly received massive sms ( cause i was in lan and in the lan shop no line service,noob ka bua si ! )
Got sms from manda,eng wah,sonia..
Sonia this few day she keep sms me but my phone no credit to reply :x ( she using digi ah i using maxis pain lah if i reply >.> )
And i saw eng wah sms and miss call,wah 16 miss call from eng wah,POWER !
When i reached home and going to go toilet wash face my phone rang,is eng wah ( i can sense he is very dulan for keep cant call in my phone :x )
Eng Wah : WOI LIM PEK PHONE YOU SO MANY TIMES YOU OFF PHONE AH ?!
Me : Paiseh lah in lan boh line,what thing so urgent ?
Eng Wah : Kia go dinner,karen with me
Me : har... ( for your info i just ate a burger hor )
Eng Wah : Mai har liao loh lim pek reaching your house,come out !
Me : Okay okay ( 1 burger nia how can tahan,go out eat lah better f3 )
Then he took us to red garden,a place like hawker center in penang somewhere,we thinking want to try the pasta there,cause last few day my boss intro us mah, then we go take a look loh
You know what,1 pasta rm10 !

Karen : I dont eat pasta

Me : rm10 order 3 wan tan mee worth then this 1 plate of stupid pasta,zao zao
Then we saw 1 stall named western cuisine,got lamb chop,pork chop,beef steak and chicken chop,for a wise consumer we sure look at the price har...
WAH SO WORTH MAN !!!!
Rm13.50 got 1 soup,chicken chop or any chop or steak you like,1 mashed potato,spaghetti
Worth man,we just order lah since all 3 of us..can listen to each other stomach sound i think o.o

After dinner we went home luh,when i reached home i sms manda luh,wait for 1 hour no reply,i send again,then feel weird why boh reply,call call luh

Then feel tired just sleep luh dont care leh maybe phone sot again
Till around 3am,she sms me " paiseh phone no battery "
Then i woke up sms till i go school,er..around 8.30am
What we chated...is really...i dont know how to say..

SWISS ROLL !!
Wait before i post bout the swiss roll,i want to talk bout my boss,i realized,he looks like...Old Master Q or they called LAO FU ZI !!!!

( He got this name Bruce Lee of culinary arts,thats why he took the nunchucks in the picture lah,he is 50+ in age,i respect him alot ! )

If he know i put his picture in my blog i might die under his knife,but he is..computer idiot so dont worry BRAHAHAHAHA
Today we making swiss roll,we need weigh the ingredient mah,today is Ee Guan ( neh the guy what also eat de ) weighing ingredient,we need 5 table spoon of flour,he weigh 10 table spoon of flour for us...Lucky boss realized if not you ruin my swiss roll,else i roll you till go swiss i tell you >.>
After the swiss roll done baked,we need to put cream and roll it mah,when put cream we use 1 kind of pastry knife called palette knife,palette knife is a knife without cutting edge de
So i put the cream on all the swiss roll before roll loh,sonia saw i put the cream very hard ( the palette knife i used is big size ),she took her mini palette knife let me use
Sonia : Nah borrow you use for the moment,dont borrow other har only you can use
Me : Wah so nice of you ah o.o
Sonia : This mini palette knife is from USA de,last time competition the USA chef gave me as souvenir
Me : Ohh ( Damn fun lah the mini palette knife i also want ! )
After finish put cream,roll the swiss roll,put the swiss roll in fridge,then return Sonia the palette knife,we went lecture room for some hotel training discussion
After that,we decorate the swiss roll

Still new to decoration and if you cant really see the picture can take from me hehehehe ( i hope it wont too ugly >< ) After class i need to pack my bag and go jetty with Eng Wah,cause he also going back Alor Setar,but at first he need to take the car to her sis then ask her sis bring us go jetty mah,we wait under her office when reached,meanwhile he phoned karen...

Kinda pissed that cookie's zak delay 1 month leh still cant go in zzz
Ugrh is morning 7am now,i shall prepare go out breakfast with friends and have some badminton with them
